Confused!!!

Life has become so buzy.. i hv strtd wrkng which consumes all my tym n in d remaining tym i listen songs. dats it.. My life has become very boring.. I wanted 2 learn guitar.. though i hd strd wid it, i left it in between.. nw i dont kno evn d basic chords.. Dont know wt 2 do.. i m so confused dat m unable 2 focus on my carreer coz i dont kno wt 2 take up as my carreer :(.. i have pursued BMM journalism course bt i m pasionate abt muzic n i also luv photography bt it is nt posibl 2 pursue couses in al f dem simultaneously.. i need help.. I dont kno my priorities.. i think i cn do wel in anythng i take up; whethr its photography or muzic or journalism.. i hd taken admisn in journalism only 2 becum a hard core journalist.. i dnt wana get into business journalism.. i want 2 take up environment journalism or citizen journalsim..
dese days i feel really low coz m nt getting wt i want.. in fact, i m nt sure abt wt i want.. wt 2 do..? i dont wana do wt i m doin rite nw... sumthng diffrnt, sumthng gud dat interets me..
Can anybody help me...? I kno i hv 2 help myself bt koi toh way hoga... :(
i hope i find a way vry soon so dat i ll b clear abt evrythn in my life...:)
